Where we are delivering payroll services to businesses we collect your personal information from your employer to allow us to carry out this service.

- National Insurance number, tax reference number.
- Business contact information – business name, business address, business telephone numbers, business email addresses.
- Financial information – bank details, VAT number, financial, tax and accounting information,
- PAYE references and details
- Transaction history – records of our financial transactions and interactions, including meetings etc.
How we use your information
We will lawfully process personal information in the following ways:
To fulfil the contracts between us including providing you with information you have requested, delivering the contracted services, raising invoices and making payments.

Where we have an existing relationship, we will use your information for the legitimate interest of sending you our monthly Newsletter or invite you to events. We will retain your personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. We will only retain your information while we are actively engaged with you. Where we are no longer acting for you we will delete your information 6 years after the end of our engagement
